Pertama Kad Sistem (PKS) was incorporated in March 2000 as a local Bumiputera Smartcard ID access control and time attendance management system provider. The introduction of smart card time attendance system will greatly assist the management in their daily operations and long term's savings in the area of administrative work. In addition to that, access control system will also effectively prevent any intrusion into the office boundary during normal operation time.
The company also committed to the development of new opportunities and applications associated with smart card, which allows current user to benefit from the smart card.
The company products and services also expanded to include CCTV solutions as well as network solution provider and integrated solutions.
PKS also partner with KKIPC Sdn Bhd and Digital Heritage Sdn Bhd in providing and developing SmartCard applications. It has also strong alliance with Datasonic Sdn Bhd (formerly Datacard-QSS Malaysia), Cass Technology Sdn Bhd, Bricomp Technologies Sdn Bhd, Application Solutions Designer Sdn Bhd, Huygens Asia Sdn Bhd, QT Solutech Sdn Bhd, Maxitulin Sdn Bhd and Payment Transaction Technologies Sdn Bhd.
